Kerala State Beverages Corporation(BEVCO) Limited has announced the BEV Q mobile app for online liquor queue token purchase.
BevQ, the queue management app of Kerala State Beverages Corporation (Bevco). Early access to Bev Q, the virtual queue management system developed for the Kerala State Beverages Corporation, on a trial basis, turned out to be a mixed bag going by the customer feedback.
The main objective of this beverages app is to sell drinks in Kerala state, Interested Malayalees can order online through the SMS and BEVCO App APK.
The government announced liquor start from 28th May 2020 for People after a successful release by Faircode company.
Excise Minister T P Ramakrishnan launched the app after a final trial. Those who want to buy liquor online must download the Android or iPhone mobile application Bev-Q for liquor booking Queue token.

According to a report by Manorama Online, BevQ app will essentially be used to generate e-tokens for the sale of liquor in Kerala that will resume from Thursday.
Similar to the e-token system introduced by the Delhi government to manage crowding outside liquor stores amid the pandemic, the BevQ will reportedly direct the customers to the nearby outlets based on the GPS location.

The Bev Q app, designed for the resumption of liquor sale in Kerala through BEVCO outlets, received the much-awaited clearance from the Google. The app will be launched in Play Store in a day or two and will be available for users.
In a release, Faircode Technologies claimed that the beta release of the app on Google’s playstore was a success. “A whopping 20k users downloaded the trial version of the app in just two minutes. We are strictly following the directions of Kerala State Beverages Corporation and we hope the app will serve the purpose,” the release said.
